- Will the stones be too hot?
No. Stones are maintained at 50–55°C — warm and deeply comfortable, not burning. Sabina checks your response in the first minutes and adjusts if needed.
- Is hot stone massage suitable for everyone?
Not for those with: active inflammation, nerve damage, diabetes with poor sensation, very sensitive skin, or during pregnancy. Disclose any medical conditions at booking.
- How is hot stone different from deep tissue?
Deep tissue achieves depth through manual pressure. Hot stone achieves similar depth through heat — making it a better choice for clients who prefer less intense manual pressure.
- Can I combine hot stone with another treatment?
For a 90-minute session, Sabina can incorporate elements of Swedish or deep tissue alongside the stones. Mention this when booking.
- How will I feel afterwards?
Very calm, often sleepy. Avoid scheduling demanding activities immediately after. Hydrate well.
